scale-security LTD (trading as Dream Cloud) ("we", "us") provides the Dream Cloud AI dream-journaling and analysis service. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, display name.
  • Dream content you submit: voice recordings, transcripts, generated analyses and imagery.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, log and telemetry data.
  • Support communications you send to us.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and operate your account (contract performance).
  • To generate dream analyses, voice narration and imagery you request (contract performance).
  • To secure the service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
  • To improve the product and provide support (legitimate interests).
  • To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Cloud hosting, database and AI model providers acting as processors on our behalf.
  • Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, subscriptions, tax and invoicing on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We retain your account and dream data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging to protect personal data.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
