Dream Cloud offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@dreamcloud.live and we will help you process the refund.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support and we will do our best to make things right.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
